  • CON'S: Often requires closer management than you expect, key areas of insight/knowledge transfer and ongoing iteration. Doesn't allow for creation of the IP within the business
  • EXAMPLES: Marketing agencies that just run ad's for you. Sales agencies that start calling for you/providing part time sales assets

  • PRO'S: Give's you clear and personalised direction and action steps to get strong results. Often able to get in the trenches with you, while building the internal capability to execute in the medium to long term.
  • CON'S: Is more expensive than learn the theory and execute yourself. Involves more time investment than the do it for you approach.
  • EXAMPLES: Fractional Marketing Leaders, fractional Sales leaders

Teach you the theory and execute yourself.

  • PRO'S: You learn the skill yourself, get generalised support, and is typically the cheapest approach
  • CON'S: It takes a lot of time, and because you don't know what you don't know, if there's something you're executing incorrectly it can be challenging to see this.
  • EXAMPLES: Coaches, online training's, group masterminds.
